After accepting your offer as a Higher Degree ResearchÌýCandidateÌýat the School of Medical Sciences, UNSW, you will need to enrol in your relevant courses.

• Login to your student profile atÌýÌýto self-enrol online for all terms of theÌýÌý– Summer, Term1, Term 2 and Term 3.
• Pay any fees owed – failure to do this may prevent you from being able to complete enrolment.
• Go to theÌýStartÌýsection of the Timeline for other information.

• Please note: InÌý'My Student Profile', choose theÌý'Update Your Enrolment'Ìýoption and then click on theÌý'Enrolment History'Ìýbutton for the relevant termsÌýto check if you are enrolled.
• Pay any fees owed - failure to do this may prevent you from being able to complete enrolment.
• If you are returning from leave and your stipend needs to be re-activated you must complete the 'Recommencement of Study Form' and email it to GRS on the day you re-enrol. Please download the form from the webpage below.

N.B. For candidates returning to studies from programÌýleave, please note the following requirements on return to studies.

1. Supervisor(s) is expected to meet with candidateÌýwithinÌýtwo weeksÌýofÌýreturn to studies to check where the candidate is at, in termsÌýofÌýtheir candidature.
2. Identify milestones to be achieved by the Research Progress Review (see pointÌý3Ìýbelow). Candidate will need to email these new milestones to the PGC c/oÌýsomshdr@unsw.edu.auÌýwithinÌýa monthÌýofÌýresuming studies. ÌýÌý
3. An RPR is requiredÌýwithinÌýthreeÌýmonthsÌýofÌýreturn to studies. ProgressÌýofÌýcandidature at this review will be assessed against the milestones submitted to the PGC as noted in point (2) above.
