UNSW Business School also holds accreditation from the US-based . Globally, just over 1,000 business institutions (of an estimated 16,000) have earned AACSB Accreditation.

Initially accredited in 2013, we were awarded a further five-year AACSB accreditation in 2019 and, most recently, in July 2024. This achievement was the result of an extensive self-review and an international peer evaluation against rigorous criteria and standards.ÌýAreas of commendation included:

• Custom-built myBCom and myMCom gamified online platforms
• Strong sense of service of our professional staff
• Many industry engagement opportunities available to students
• New UNSW Business Insights Institute and translational research initiatives
• Clear emphasis on engagement and societal impact

is awarded by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) and benchmarks business and management schools against best-practice international standards. There are currently 204 EQUIS accredited schools across the globe.Ìý

In June 2020, the Business School was awarded accreditation for 5 years– for the third consecutive time. The EQUIS peer review team commended the School for excelling in three key areas:

• The quality of its Bachelor in Commerce (International), the selected programme
• The strong research culture and the quality of its research output
• A general commitment to ethics, responsibility and sustainability, especially in relation to community outreach (Indigenous communities and low SES groups) and the activities of the Centre for Social Impact.

Our program delivery, international practice connections and financial performance were all considered to be above standard.
