I am the Schools Service Leader - Gifted/Extended Learning for Catholic Education in Tasmania. I completed my Masters in Gifted Education at UNSW in 2021. I completed my undergraduate degree at Tohoku University after passing N1 of the JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test). I also opened an English language school in Sendai and ran a nationwide library project in Japan. I am a past president of JATNET (Japanese Language Teachers Network of Tasmania) and current committee member of TAG (Tasmanian Association for the Gifted).
